My wife and stopped in to The Evergreen and received sullen service and paid 8 bucks for 2 cups of coffee and the smallest slice of Key Lime Pie I've ever seen. I am not normally a complainer but I have come to truly hate bad, uncaring, unresponsive service in this country.
I spent many years as a waiter and a bartender and I really believe that good service should be rewarded and bad service noted.
If you come to The Evergreen, you'll find a nice enough atmosphere (though a little teen-heavy on weekends) and fine tasting coffee, (Zeke's is some of the best coffee I've ever tasted) but don't expect realistic prices or courteous service, as you will receive neither.
