Best Haircut... just a bad venue

Located in a business park, it is not glamorous experience. No one works the counter, so you have to schedule directly with your stylist. Consequently, their cell phones ring often, taking attention away from you! They are booked-out more than a month, so when they promise to give you a reminder call, you can bet you'll be hacked-off when they don't call and you miss your appointment. The salon has no class at all. But... Joanie gives one undeniably great haircut. I quit going because because it rather "classless" for the spendy price.
