Cayce & Gain is by far THE worst property management in West and all of Seattle. Luckily I had a heads up with their complete lack of responsiveness to any and all of my maintenance calls. Property at 14235 ambaum is rodent infested yet they still rent it out. One unit hasn't rented for almost 2 years there because they are running slum units at that property.
I will have to sue them in order to retrieve my (huge) deposit back. They in no way, shape, or form perform their responsibilities as landlords and could care less about tenants rights.
MY advice to potential renters of Cayce & Gain is DON'T RENT FROM THEM. Put your money where it is at least valued and you are respected as that valued tenant....and that will not be your experience with Cayce & Gain West Seattle.
