We had new windows installed last year with Covington Glass. I removed the windows in front of the house to clean them and one slider bracket broke off. I called the installer from Covington Glass probable 3 or 4 times and left a message about the problem before he called me back. He said he didn't have time to come out and repair the bracket and he just won't do it. I asked him who I should contact to get it repaired and he told me he don't know who will fix it. I'll never use this company again.
