I recently had a baby at Oconomowoc Memorial and would return there for my next. The staff was absolutely incredible. Not only were they kind and considerate but they made me feel like the only patient. The labor and delivery floor there is small - only 8 rooms - but that really impacts the attention that you receive. My nurses were truly fabulous. I was waited on hand and foot and once the baby arrived, we were all treated like royalty. My husband was able to sleep in our room since their couches turn into beds and the nurse made the transition for him each time. They fulfilled every request I had and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. There was room service more than 12 hours a day and you could order ahead for when the kitchen would be closed. The dinner following the baby was really quite delicious... a special three course meal brought in as a congratulations. From the lady that cleaned our room to the head of the nurses station, the service was impeccable. If you are looking to be treated specially with one-on-one attention, I recommend Oconomowoc.
