The food at N & J’s is outstanding, I recommend the humus and pita, because N & J’s the baker of most of the pita served at restaurants around Wichita, it doesn’t get any better than this! The staff can be very rude, and not very helpful, so I recommend getting your food to go. Don’t forget to buy some of their delicious cookies! more

Best Middle Eastern food in Wichita 8/11/2005

This Mediterranean cafe serves the best Middle Eastern food in Wichita. My favorite menu item is the falafel with hummus and tabouleh. The chichen and beef shawarma are also good, as is the fattoush salad. The restaurant has expanded its dessert menu, offering cake and pie in addition to traditional desserts like baklava. You can have cake and pie at any restaurant - - try the baklava here; you'll be glad you did. The food has always been wonderful, but recently the decor and seating have been updated, making for a more comfortable dining experience. more
