My husband and I went to Tomatoes for a date night and it was wonderful. The waitress for starters was amazing and was educated on the restuant and Italian food and wine. The atmosphere is so romantic. And the food. The best Italian food I have had in a long time. We will definately be returning.

If you are looking for a nice place for a couples dinner in Summerville, this is it! The food is awesome and there is lot so variety. Staff is very nice. It can get crowded so make sure you go early. We took our kids with us the first time we went and decided it just wasn't a place for kids.

This is the best restaurant ever! The owner is the sweetest lady. She always remembers me and my friends. Its a small family owned restaurant with an intimate environment. The food is fabulous and you get a lot for your money. Its mostly foods like calzones, pizza, and pasta. Everything on the menu is delicious. My favorite is the Pineapple Chicken Pasta appetizer.

Ye Ole Fashioned Ice Cream is a great quick place to eat. Their ice cream is simply amazing! Their hamburgers are really good, too. The most unique thing about them ims that you can get a lunch combo which includes a hambuger, fries, drink and ice cream for a very reasonable price! They have excellent shakes and even always have a couple of sugar-free ice cream items on their menu. They are all over the low-country and a great place to eat.

I'm a vet and a long time patron of the D&D, both in Summerville and Mt. Pleasant. I don't ride a bike and have NO objection to those who do. Anybody who would use the "Vet" card to complain about the D&D is way off base. Many of the D&Ds customers are vets. I doubt anybody knows when you walk in whether you're a vet or not. If you park in a fire lane and break the law, I'm sure that is obvious. Sounds like a bunch of whiney folks who belong on tricycles are complaining about not be given special privileges. These are the probably the same folks who bitched about Robert Ford parking in a fire lane, but then again, he's black.
