I recently had my wedding at the Mill on the River, I can not tell you what a wonderful experience it was. From the time I booked over a year ago our wedding coordinator Laura was absolutely wonderful. She made our wedding absolutely perfect. She attended to our every needs, going above what we expected from her.
We can recommend the Mill on the River to anyone who want's to have there wedding there. Five Stars to the Mll on the River!!!!!! Ask for the best, Ask for Laura!

My father had a large retaining wall replaced on his property and then some. They were a bit higher priced, but the quality and the excellent workmanship said it all! Plus, they guaranteed their work!
My father decided to have them not only do the retaining wall, but to go around the backside of the area to make it L shaped, plus make matching steps leading to the back slider door! It is gorgeous! It looks like something you'd see in Better Homes and Gardens. By the way, they will make recommendations that are really useful for both beauty and safety purposes.
I'd recommend these folks work to everyone! You won't regret it...you'll be proud!

One of the Jacuzzi jets on our 3 year old tub blew a seal and leaked 40 gallons of water. We called our preferred plumbing contractor, WB Dickenson, to come and fix the problem. Upon inspection and because it was a jet that went, the repairman from WB Dickenson said the job was beyond his capability and that a professional, certified Jacuzzi repair person would be needed. I liked the honesty of the repairman and the fact he didn't try to do a job beyond his ability. He recommened I call Dan's ReNewal.
I called the Jacuzzi company, and they recommended the same repair company that WB Dickenson did - Dan's ReNewal. I contacted Dan's ReNewal and scheduled an appointment. Dan arrived on time, and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. One of the things Dan had to do was cut the plumbing pipes to lift the entire tub out of place to do the repair. After fixing the leak Dan said the tub would have to sit for 24 hours for the sealant to cure on the pipes. Dan said I would need to call a plumber to re-install the tub.
So I called WB Dickenson the next day. They arrived at the appointment time and re-installed my Jacuzzi tub in just over 1 hour. I was impressed with WB Dickenson's professionalism, and the fact they had the repair parts with them! By fixing the tub verses replacing it I saved at least $2000. Thank you WB Dickenson!

Great caring staff. Price maybe a little higher but when you see what you get compared to other hospitals in the area you realize it is well worth it. Don't think because it is such a large hospital with 6 doctors and a big staff that they do not treat each case very personally. I have watched while waiting for my appointment people walk with emergencies with no appt and are immediately taken care of no questions ask. Have a lot of confidence it all the doctors there.

When I was pregnant I wanted our air ducts clean before the baby was born. After being blown off by another company several times I found CT Steam Cleaning and was very happy! They showed up on time, were very clean and the price was reasonable. I have 6 pets and wanted to warn them of that before they came and they thanked me for doing so and the workers were great with my animals and very careful not to let any escape while they were opening and closing doors and our back gate. I felt much better after the ducts were cleaned and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family!

Lena's is a nice place for dinner and a great place for a small party. The veal parmigiana and lasagna are excellent. The chicken marsala is also really good. The service is usually great.

It is like a Chucky Cheese's but for older kids. They offer lots of games, a rock climbing wall, lazer tag, full basketball courts, and a glow in the dark mini golf course (it is very cool for kids although not a well designed course). Try to stay away from prime times, think school vacation weeks, because the staff will be to thin to meat the needs of all the patrons in the place. We have ordered food for parties although one time we were stuck ordering just apps as they were out of pizza which is odd since it is the most popular item on the menu. I have also ordered a large catering order of pizza - although I wasn't overly impressed they received rave reviews from other employees I work with so I guess it just depends on what you like. It is a nice place though to bring the kids if you have some time to kill, they have a bar and pool tables as well if you are looking for something a little different.
