I've been going to PCC ever since I was a high school student (FYI...high school students don't have to pay for units!). There's a good variety of classes for the person heading toward a 4-yr college to a busy mom who wants to take a photography class at night. The instructors there are top-rate. It's located in a nice neighborhood. And parking which used to be a serious issue in the past is plentiful and costs only $1 a day!

This beautiful house was designed and built by Charles and Henry Greene and is one of the best examples of Arts and Crafts design. It has been immaculately restored (the exterior has recently undergone a huge restoration project) and offers tours most Thursday and Sunday afternoons and is a great place to take out of town visitors to show them a true piece of Pasadena history. Their bookstore next door has a great selection of not only books, but gift items as well, including artisanal pottery, rugs and wall hangings.

I went here since my car overheated right on the 210 freeway, so went here to have it fixed. It turned out, the cooling fan wasn't working. They had someone drive me home, since the car wasn't fixed till the next day. That was really nice of them. My car was dine after that and had no problems with overheating again. I would recomend Gabriel's to everyone, Gabrial is a great guy.

More
In the spectrum of Christian seminaries, Fuller represents a theological middle ground. Dallas and Talbott are dominated by very conservative thinkers. While places like Claremont and Duke produce liberals that are at odds with most evangelicals.
You will find professors at Fuller that represent all sorts of perspectives. But the fact that they can co-exist at one school shows that the school values balance.
Particularly noteworthy is the School of World Mission, which features classes that are slightly less academic and more useful to people on the frontlines of ministry.
