This practice is disgraceful and should not be in business. The woman at the front desk, Claudia is rude and unprofessional. Proper customer service is to solve a problem in a calm, cool, collected manner, NOT to insult and get loud with patients!!! If their company makes an error she will not admit to it and come to a professional understanding, she will make it the patient's fault, even though it is not and then make threats to them followed by agreeing to have her higher up contact you back in regards to the issue but lies and doesn't. ||[]
