Good: The store is so fun to look around in, you cant go in for just a minute! Be sure to alow time to look at all the wonderful products. I cant remember his name but a gentleman with a mohawk was helping me with fragrance and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was so helpful! I happily left spending 100+ dollars with no regrets! he also helped me create a custom perfume that I get complimented on all of the time! Its like he knew me! I think his name is Grant.. Bad: There arent really a whole lot of complaints about the store other than the girls working there can be rude and glare. The music was a little loud for my taste.. Other: If you do go in be sure to ask for "Grant" and the girl with the colored hair, they obviously know what they are doing.. more

Where else can you get all your kitschy nun paraphernalia, a beautiful sympathy card, and cinnamon massage oil all in one visit? Archibald's is a delightful splash of color in Olympia's downtown. The music's bouncy, the staff friendly and your friend's will love the gifts you buy them. more

It's hard to imagine that Archibald Sisters has been around for 25 years now. You walk past the funky display windows, and everything is as new and as hip as if it were a brand-new, not-going-to-last-a-year kind of place. And I'm sure they do good business with the various themed gift items they offer (think Spencer's, but less creepy and better quality), but the real business is in the back of the store, at the scent counter. Here is where they mix up various lotions, perfumes, and soaps, either in their various house scents or blend according to the customer's whim. It's something that has caught on in other stores recently, but seems so strange that Olympia of all places has had this luxury for some time now. more

They have a wide variety of custom scented lotions and oils, and offer pre-mixed products as well. Just a few of the other things they sell include candles, jewelry, gift cards, and the like. more
