If you haven't already, I highly recommend taking Miller Brewery's tour. It is fun and informative, and you get all the samples you can handle at the end! The Gift Shop is filled with goodies, for both children and adults. The hours are great, and the tour is unforgettable! For a neat day out, stop by..tours are every 1/2 hour, but call to check and see when because the hours change every once and a while!
