Riverside Gown Shop

Not honest about when the dresses would come in. Lied about how quickly they would ship to me once the dress came into the shop (out of city). Lied about when other bridesmaids' alterations would be ready. The woman from the shop who dropped off the late dress was apologizing and saying it wasn't her fault. She's just the deliverer. I would hate to have her job. She must get the brunt of complaints from many people who are getting their dresses late. On the positive side, atleast they have a person who will deliver late dresses to you 6 hours before the wedding. more

I am told they have the best selection of dresses by a friend who also searched in Orlando and Savannah but who cares with service like that! I have heard too many stories of people having bad experiences here. Tiaras missing from dresses, ripped seams, my bridesmaid dress was lost and then found, and now my very good friend waited for her dress. Apparently it was shipped COD and they didn't have the money to pay for it. It was denied several days. Finally my friend tracked down UPS and the store made it right. Point being it shouldn't have happened she paid for her dress IN FULL IN SEPTEMBER it is now March and not her fault if they don't have the cash anymore. Shop around let people know you won't stand for substandard service. more

I came to Riverside Gown Shop on a hunt for Bridesmaid's dresses. They had a huge salesfloor and wall to wall dresses. It was a little overwhelming because there were so many to look at, but I got some good ideas. Their prices were a little too steep for my taste, but they had some beautiful gowns. I also enjoyed browsing through their accessories. more
