Harry has been of great assistances to me in providing care needed for my old car. I believe Harry is honest in telling me what I need and is always aware of my budget constraints of what I can pay for now or later. more

Loyal Customer 12/6/2011

Very knowledgeable service personnel. John explained all the work performed by the Technician in an easy to understand way. The diagnostic was done with integrity that being said "character does count". We appreciate the Miller Group. I`ve personally been a loyal customer since my Tacoma purchase in 1999. My Tacoma is proof that good service at the right place is well worth it. more

I have had other service writers that were good... but my service writer that I usually deal with is Sally. Sally is incredible and I`ve been dealing with her for the past Five years. Sally really is special. Thanks... Miller Toyota. more

My salesperson, Jack is a very good communicator and gave me all the information I needed and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire purchase process. I visited and called several dealerships and felt most comfortable dealing with Jack, and so that is why I bought my Prius at Miller in Culver City. more

The Worst Experience 5/25/2011

Horrible Service!!! Service consultant Harry tried to trap me. I just came to Miller Toyota for recall. He gave me a list of spending over $700 to repair my 2008 Corolla and he delayed let me pick up my car. I told to Manager Robert and Service Relation, but I still felt bad. more

I bought a 2010 Prius from them about 3 months ago and was very happy with everything. I can't remember my saleswoman name(Karen?) but she was very friendly. We were able to knock a little off the MSRP(it was a prius, so there's not a TON of wiggle room) I will say that we waited a little too long for the car after we had signed the papers. In their defense they did say that the car JUST came in and had to pass inspection. I haven't brought in for repair yet, so I reserve the right to change my review til then, but for now, I have to give them a thumbs up. more
