I love all the fall colors, the pumpkins and leaves. Decorating in fall style just makes a room warm and cozy. There are lots of great places to buy fall decorations but one of the cheapest is Old Time Pottery. There are locations in several states and four in Ohio. There is one in Columbus, on Morse Road near Cleveland Avenue. It's a huge place with many bargains. Be sure to give yourself lots of time to stroll the aisles. You'll find a large variety of home decor, dishware, flatware, glassware, sheets, pillows, and more. They often have 5 by 8 rugs for less than $20! You can transform your home for fall on a small budget. They have really good sales. There is one going on right now (they usually start on Thursdays) until October 11th. They have a cute set of orange dinnerware for only 50 cents per piece, jar candles for 88 cents, glass and ceramic pumpkins for one to two dollars, and witch luminaries that cackle for a dollar. more

There is a lot to choose from here. If you are looking for cheap glassware or ceramic ware, this is the place. Want to change the look of your for less, this will be where you find it. Their selection of Christmas decorations in the season is phenomenal. This is not a full-service joint, but you could happily browse for hours. A great place to shop for housewarming gifts! more

Old Time Pottery is a huge store offering anything ceramic, or pottery. It reminds me of a Home Depot in its size and space. The store is laid out in isles for you to wander up and down, and the pottery is on shelves, but not so high that you cant see everything they have to offer. The warehouse feel to the place is also reflected in the prices, with much of what they offer discounted. You will find material here that you probably have seen in home centers for a little bit more. From large ceramic planters for trees, to fine China ware, there is something for everyone in this store. They also carry tableware from some of the secondary makers, some of it discontinued and very affordable. Ive even seen seasonal ware, such as Spode Christmas tableware. The staff is also helpful, and they do provide carts to help you move the larger pieces. The store is very clean, well lit and there is ample parking in the large lot out front. If you have been unable to find just the right garden accent piece, or a pot large enough or if you are looking for a specific design, you may want to take a look at Old Time Pottery.
