Good: First of all, I am a regular customer. My son has been coming here for about two years. The first two guys always greet us. The barbers cut really well. There is always a movie playing during our visit for entertainment. the movies have language too harsh for children sometimes, but overall I love the barbershop..

Rhonda Burtoft owns this salon, and she's excellent. All her hairstylists are wonderful in their own ways. I used to pay three times what I pay now, and the color actually lasts longer. My hair is healthier and shinier. I couldn't ask for more!

I have been a member for over 15 yrs. I dont understand the bad review people are writing about. If you are serious about getting in shape. Why are you complaining about the contract. The only person at fault is you for not reading it.
At the airport location the equipment is sometimes broken. I love a hardcore gym. Not just for figure competitors like myself but for moms and dads.
I would recommend either location. GREAT staff, friendly!!
Pros: great staff, great environment. I train hard love this place I PIF at $400
Cons: 15% of machines are either broken or needs new padding

This has got to be the best hair salon I have ever visited!! I have the PLEASURE of having Tami as my hairdresser this day. She custom designed a haircut to fit my face, I had a great hand and head massage in the "lather lounge". Escorted back to Tami by her wonderful assistant. After the service, I was even given a makeup job AND offered the products they had used on me too. You never find this service in Columbus Georgia or really anywhere anymore. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go see this salon, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I have never before written a review for anything, but I had such a great experience with Shauna Pelley and Formal Elegance that I just had to write in. I had to order a Jim Hjelm bridesmaids dress, and I searched far and wide for the best price and I found it at Formal Elegance. I got the dress for $150, which was cheaper than even the iffy internet sites and about $100 cheaper than another bridal shop I called. Some bridal shops were charging me exorbitant amounts of money to rush ship the dress. While other shops wouldn't even guarantee that I'd have my dress in time, Shauna got me my dress and only charged $15 for rush shipping. When I wanted a swatch and later needed a receipt, on both occasions they were in my mailbox THE NEXT DAY, and in a THANK YOU CARD nonetheless! (I did all my ordering over the phone since I live far from the shop.)
There is absolutely nothing I can imagine that needed improvement. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations.

Their facials are so soothing and relaxing! I really like the fresh scent of the products they use. They're not perfumey and just smell fresh and natural. They do very good manicures and pedicures too. The selection of nail poslish options is nice. Sundays is also THE place to go for cellulite treatments and massages. They offer different packages or you can select a treatment or service a la carte. The atmosphere here is very serene and the people are great!

I have been going to this Rite Aid ever since it has been here in Columbus. Sometime within the last few months, the pharmacy has changed its computer system, making things much slower. Along with this change came a couple new employees. I have noticed every time I go in there to get a refill (the same refill for the last 2 years, by the way) it takes longer and longer. Maybe it's the new system, the newer employees, or a combination of both. I am disappointed to say I will no longer be a customer of theirs. I have been told on numerous occasions it will take 10-15 minutes max to get a refill, while in reality I waited for an hour and a half (such was the case today). I do not appreciate waiting on my prescription while the pharmacist flirts with a new customer, gets all of his information into the computer, and his meds to him, within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, my meds are ready and I can leave. The newer pharmacists seem unprofessional (complaining about drive-thru customers and discussing other subjects that shouldn't be talked about within earshot of a customer) and should be reprimanded for this. Like I said earlier, I will not go back. I will be calling management to let them know about my disappointment as well.
