Brad went out of his way to make the purchase experience top notch. We had no intention of buying on out first day but after the driving the vehicle and seeing how easy Rivertown made the buying experience, we drove off in a new Edge!

I traded in a leased vehicle to Jay Toyota and the who process was professional and above the average service usually received at a dealership. There were no whispering or consulting with managers - everything was laid out and we left with a new vehicle. Thank you, Jay Toyota!

The people that work here are some of the best, fastest, and hardest workers that don't BS you when it come down to your car. I get my oil changed here all the time and never had any problems the asst mgr. is a great guy and knows his stuff. The receptionist is very friendly and has great costumer care. I highly recommend this place as your mechanic shop. Keep up the good work guys thanks.

I've had several warranty fixes on my past cars with no problems. I took my new Freestyle in because the check engine light came on. They said that it was fixed and their explanation was that the system had to be upgraded. That sounded like BS to me. Well the light came back on so I took it to my father in laws dealership which is out of town and they did fix it. It had something to do with an emission regulator. He said that Freeway probably just reset the system and since the light went off, they stopped there. I may return to Freeway in the future but I will explain my experience on my last visit hopefully to get things done right the first time.
PROS: Courteous, quick service if you get there early
CONS: Question the quality of their work
