Every visit to Cannon Beach should definitely include a visit to Pizza A' Fetta. It's the best pizza I've ever had anywhere. They offer all sorts of the usual choices as well as plenty of unique blends of meats, cheeses, spices and veggies to liven up your life. I don't remember the names of specific pizzas that I would recommend, but it doesn't matter-- anything you order will be wonderful.
Service is really good, about average for speed, and the price is about average.

As the title says the smell alone allures you into this quaint shop. At the door is a little basket full of saltwater taffy for free (that's how they get you addicted).
This place is more than a candy store they have tons of unique handmade gifts. I got some cute feather pens there and handmade boxes. I didn't succumb to the chocolates (dieting) but I did have my share of taffy.
Once again a great, friendly customer service. It's like grandma's place!

My boyfriend and I ate here for dinner after spending the day on Cannon Beach on the Fourth of July and we both agreed it was the perfect way to top off the day. Even on the 4th of July, there was no wait because of their ample seating and as soon as we figured out you had to seat yourself (the sign isn't very obvious), we had a table instantly.
We were tended to promptly and both decided on their cheeseburgers - which were excellent! They use fresh ingredients and locally bought cheese and the entire meal was just wonderful and very fairly priced. It is a tavern, and the atmosphere reflects that, but it's still very clean and friendly.
Our only complaint was our server (who appeared to be in charge of serving the entire restaurant) didn't return to our table often enough and we never got refills on our drinks.
Overall - this place is definitely a must-do at Cannon Beach!
Pros: Good food, Good prices, Fast service, Good atmosphere
Cons: Short staffed

Anytime I go to the beach, I look for an excuse to stop in at this bistro. I had passed over it a couple of times until finally I decided to drop in. My absolute favortie dish during brunch is the Crabcakes Benedict. I can only tell you to try them. Great morning cocktails and a friendly staff.
Pros: right next to beach, crabcakes benedict!

The food here is out of this world. The view is even better. The chowder is the best ever. They are totally kids friendly and located right on the beach so that you can eat and then enjoy the sand. They have a condensed chowder that you can also take home with you for another time.

Friday dinner was outstanding. The bread is Greek Holiday bread made for family gatherings; it has a slight cake consistency and is slightly sweet it was awesome. We started with Crab Cake appetizer that had a melding of flavors and consistencies. Some shredded crab, capers, and dill with a very creamy consistency. I put condiments and sauces on everything and loved these with just a little lemon. The mixed green salad was nice with well done blue cheese dressing. A true star was the Seafood chowder, out of this world, it had clams, salmon, and some potato and was garnished with grated hazelnuts, and it was velvety, I actually thought about licking the bowl. My wife had the Prawns Guillo, prawns cooked in a champagne wine and cheese sauce with mushrooms. My conservative wife thought about licking her plate. I had the Baked Duck with Marionberry and whiskey BBQ sauce. Best duck I ever had, slightly crisp and very moist and tender. JPs has the best sauces across the board that we have tasted. For dessert Chocolate cake with a filling of Marionberry cheesecake and a thick chocolate ganache was very good as well. Service was comfortable and fun. $79 no alcohol. This is a family place Mom (Diana) at the front door; dad (Bill) is the chef while apprenticing his daughter. The food is the star here. Dont miss the bathrooms.
Pros: Food Great
Cons: It's Small

Just finished up a weekend here and we had a great time. Seems like they recently remodeled the unit we were in and they are adding additional units to the resort. If I had a tree that grew money, I'd stay here more often. But until then, I'm saving up my clams until the next visit. Staff works hard to make sure your stay is relaxing - very quick room service and housekeeping. They have cabana service on the beach and will setup umbrellas for shade and lounge chairs for you to relax on.
Pros: Pool, bathroom, flat screen tvs, room service, house keeping
Cons: current remodeling

The freshest seafood will be found at Ecola. My personal favorties would have to be the bread bowl clam chowder and the salmon fish and chips but they also make some fantastic calamari. If you are looking for a place to get seafood for a good price without a big show I recommend Ecola.

Excellent food. Had been recommended to us by my sister who visits the place each year on their vacation. It was so good that we went two nights in a row! A small, quaint place, in a little yellow house. Frank and Dino belting their tunes. If you're in for romance, it is very nice. I was there with my son, who is 10, and he loved it! He is an italian food fanatic. He's not a mushroom eater, but he loved the dungeness crab stuffed mushrooms! During peak season, reservations are highly recommended.
Pros: Food, Service, Location
