At Fast Fix, they fix your jewelry and they do it quickly. I'm always satisfied here. Not only do they fix jewelry but they also sell little charms and bracelets and more. The prices are cheap and They never fail to satisfy. I love this small little store.

I had a ring designed and made especially for me during Helzberg's Custom Event that is usually held in October. While the price was dramatically higher than if the same ring had just been in the case already, being able to design the ring myself was worth the extra money spent. If you're looking for something original, this is a good way to go. My only word of advice is to be sure you know what you want. The sales staff and designers aren't big into helping you develop your ideas. You really need to know exactly what you want before you start to deal with them.

Friedmans is in every mall you go to. They have a great return policy. I got a necklace for Christmas and I wasnt too fond of it, so they were glad to exchange it for something else (you need a receipt though!)
They are a bit on the pricey side, but when you catch them having a sale you can find a 'diamond in the rough!'.
