Friedmans is in every mall you go to. They have a great return policy. I got a necklace for Christmas and I wasnt too fond of it, so they were glad to exchange it for something else (you need a receipt though!)
They are a bit on the pricey side, but when you catch them having a sale you can find a 'diamond in the rough!'.
