Horrible service from Philip 9/22/2017

So we had to fill 10 floors with seats in 2 days. We had fo find furniture asap and this comoany texted me insults as Im a stupid kid etc for wanting last minute. Clearly they dont understand cuatomer urgency and a simple no would of worked. Text: Good God please post whatever the hell you want most people take an occasional negative review with a grain of salt until there's lots of idiots in the world you're clearly one of them that go away Text: You're clearly very young and have never ordered Furniture before because anyone who thinks I can get something delivered in an hour like a pizza is either younger stupid or has never ordered Furniture before more

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! 2/17/2014

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with LaPorta Furniture Company. I furnished my law office with one of their executive desk collections and I am so very, very, happy with it. It is incredible.....even far nicer than I expected. It is so rare these days to have a company exceed your expectations but..... LaPorta absolutely did!!!! The quality is incredible and it looks amazing....even far nicer than the pictures. It is so solid and well made. I LOVE IT!!!!! Their web prices are fantastic.......and the service was top notch from A to Z. I am a careful consumer and do my homework before purchasing anything. VERY IMPRESSIVE COMPANY!! 1/15/2014

I am very, very happy with my recent purchase from LaPorta Furniture Co. I ordered one of their executive office collections and absolutely LOVE IT. I was initially somewhat reluctant because the price seemed almost too good to be true. I expressed my concern and the salesperson I worked with explained the office collection was made from solid wood and was a very high quality set. He told me by being an Online Company they didn't have the expenses physical stores have and they were able to sell for much lower than the actual showrooms. WOW....was he right!!!!!! I still almost can't believe how beautiful and solid the Desk, Bookcase, and File Cabinet is! I know this would have cost me double the price at a showroom. I am now an absolute believer in Online shopping and a lifelong customer of LaPorta Furniture Company. Thank you......you guys are the best!!!! Brian P. Minneapolis, MN more

GREAT PRICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 3/6/2013

I recently purchased a Desk and some other office furniture from LaPorta. I admit at first I was somewhat skeptical. I had seen the desk I was ordering for substantially more money at various showrooms in the Chicago area but after speaking with someone there in sales, I was very impressed. The woman I worked with was very friendly and knowledgable about the set I was interested in. She knew far more about the product than the salesperson at the expensive showroom I had initially seen the desk at. After I placed the order, everything went very smoothly!!!! The delivery was on time and my furniture arrived in absolutely perfect condition!!! I will absolutely use them for additional purchases and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!!! Best Prices + Excellent Customer Service = Happy Customer 6/15/2012

I just purchased a counter height dining set from LaPorta Furniture Company. The item is even better looking than the pictures! I am so so happy. The items arrived as promised by Mr. LaPorta. (Probably one of the nicest guys in the world BTW). Best of all, I saved hundreds compared to my local "Discount Furniture" places, and I know the quality of this set is 10 times better! I will be a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars, I would! more

My office is happy now! 5/12/2012

I just purchased the "Garson" desk with hutch. Couldn't be more happy- saved over $700 from the same desk I saw at a department store in my town. White glove delivery standards. Very relieved that my home office gives off such a legit luxury feel- makes working from home a lot more enjoyable when you feel like a professional. Highly recommend A+ more

I COULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN WHAT I DID FOR THE MONEY I SPENT ANYWHERE ELSE. I LOOKED FOR WEEKS IN STORES, BUT MY BUDGET WAS TOO SMALL TO AFFORD WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY BNEW HOME. I STARTED LOOKING ONLINE, AND FOUND THIS COMPNAY. I ASKED QUESTIONS, I LOOKED FOR REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS, I WENT TO THE BETTER BUSINES BUREAU. AFTER I REALIZED THIS COMPANY IS LEGITIMITE, I PLACED AN ORDER. I WAS ABLE TO PURHCASE AN EXECUTIVE DESK FOR MY HOME OFFICE (I WORK FROM HOME AND HAVE CLIENTS OVER FREQUENTLY) AND A DARK LEATHER SOFA SET, AND WALL UNIT. I'M HAPPY TO REPORT THAT EVERYTING ARRIVED THIS MORNING AND I'M BREATHELESS- THE LEATHER IS SMOOTH AND WITHOUT IMPERFECTIONS, AND THE DESK- IT'S THE STAR OF MY HOME NOW :) SOLID, HEAVY AND SO MUCH STORAGE SPACE FOR MY FILES AND SUPPLIES. Tennessee loves Laporta Furniture!! Thank you, Philip! 11/6/2011

I read every review I could find online before I purchased. I asked about a dozen questions even though the website is really informative- I was looking for a reason why I shouldn't order from online, but gave it a whirl. SO HAPPY I did!! My entire game room is now complete, from the wet bar I bought (55% less than in store), the OAK game table that reverses (60% less), and the 3pc LEATHER theatre seats (50% less). Our basement is complete, and the savings were just unbelievable. But I'm here to report Laporta Furniture is the real deal. Customer service was excellent, too- Philip is just the nicest guy. I'm a very thorough consumer. I do my homework. I read all of the reviews about this company before I decided to buy from them. Let me tell you, they are even better than everyone says. Here is my humble opinion and why I WILL BUY ALL of my furniture from now on from LaPorta Furniture Company: --BEST FURNITURE (the value that you get for your money is incredible!!) --BEST PRICES --BEST DELIVERY GUYS! They even removed my old bed and saved me the hassle of getting rid of it! --BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE --BEST FOLLOW UP ( a hand written thank-you note too??!!) I can see why they are the BEST. Gorgeous Furniture & Amazing Service!! 7/17/2011

Good: Where do I start?! From beginning to end, the customer service reps at Laporta Furniture helped me every step of the way... from helping me to choose the right items for my home , tracking the items, and on time delivery. Their custom shipping is simply unbelievable! I have not seen anything like it. I was worried about getting furniture shipped to me, but after I saw how it came... not anymore! The items I received we so gorgeous in person! The photos don't do it justice. The price is 1/2 of a showroom!!. Bad: Beautiful furniture at a great price... what's not to like?!. Improvements: If anything, I hope they expand to add MORE to their online selection. I WILL be buying more from Laporta Furniture Company for sure!. Other: Do yourself a favor and call Laporta Furniture. The service is top notch, the custom shipping is out of this world, and the furniture is heavy and gorgeous!!. more
