I'm very happy to have used Window Design Group. They had a huge selection when it came to the shades and were very helpful in telling us about every product we were interested in. When the time for installation came around, they took the measurements quickly and efficiently and made great suggestions while listening to our needs. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. We got the most gorgeous drapes for our living room. The tailoring of them is just amazing. We've gotten so many compliments on them already. I'd definitely recommend them! more

I had 17 shutters installed in my house... 3/27/2014

We had 17 shutters installed in our house and they look FANTASTIC. Window Design Group does a great job. Very professional and they did a great job installing. Would recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings. more

Great job 3/24/2014

This company is great!! Sales people where on time and friendly , the installation crew did a Remarkable job .. They almost cleaned my whole house wow!!! They also were very nice and friendly . Thanks Jordan and the WINDOW DESIGN GROUP.. Five stars all the way around !!!! more

I only have positive things to say about Window Design Group. Home construction and remodeling can be incredibly stressful especially when you don't know where to begin. Stephen was my sales rep and he is the most knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful person! I got quality doors, windows and roller shades all with the best advice! We just replaced our windows from 1954 with replacement vinyl windows (Simonton Daylight Max). Keith, the rep, was fantastic in setting up the order to our specifications. Then Nick, the installer, was absolutely terrific. He took out the old windows with care and installed the new ones perfectly. Now with the trim work and caulking finished, it looks like the new windows have been part of the house forever! We couldn't be happier!!! The noise level is much lower (we live on a corner lot), and our house's temperature has already stabilized more. Go with Window Design Group they get it done right! more

If you want a company that produces the prettiest shutter I have ever see, call Window Design Group. \r \r From the start Window Design Group has been amazing. They sent out a great sales representative in Jenna. Her follow up and kindness in the home is what made our decision easy. We got another estimate as well and just the package that Jenna offered us was without question hands down ahead in every way. We were just installed in the time frame as promised. Loved my plantation shutters 3/19/2014

The plantation shutters were great! They made them in less than 10 days. I can't believe the service. Only complaint I have was install took an hour or two longer than I hoped. more

Excellent! Look no further, this business is very professional. We ordered a few sets of french doors along with a front entry door, with guidance from Keith. The entry door is scheduled to be installed at the end of March, but the other doors were installed today and yesterday. The installation crew was on time, professional, clean, and thorough. We have had other remodeling projects done this year by other companies and this one is up there with the best! more

Professional, on time, and friendly family-owned 3/12/2014

I've already recommended a friend to Window Design Group. I called them up when I saw one of their ads to schedule a free in-home estimate for plantation shutters and window replacements. The customer service girls were very friendly over the phone and very professional. They sent a rep out the very next day and everything was installed within four weeks. It was a pleasant experience. The installers were also very professional, especially, Lee. more

They were great! 3/12/2014

Window Design Group provided us with window replacements and and we also got honeycomb cellular panes. It's freezing where we're at so we wanted to get something to keep the energy in and the shades made a huge difference. Their customer service was great! Every time we called to check the status, to send out installers--whatever we asked for, it was always there. more

My sales guy was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me his samples and explain the different options his vinyl windows offered. I'm very picky, so we went through lots of samples.
