So the office is nice..but that's about the only thing is the look of it.the office staff is horrible the girls are stuck up and talk to you like you are below them..and there lazy they only do what they feel like. I once called the office for 2 hours to the medical secretary and no answer I tried I different extension and she said hold on the medical secretary is right here. Really? ? And the doctors ..the only half decent one is Dr.Taylor without her that place would go to the gutter. God forbid you get another doctor they are harsh and disrespectful. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. more

I have been going here a long, long time and it has progressively going down hill. Don't ever ask to discuss something off the record because that won't happen. Nothing is personal. Dr. Piccolo is rough. The nurse practioner, Debbie Taylor, probably is the most congenial person there but don't challenge her. And......their office staff is the WORSE. They are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They don't follow through with their work and don't question them because they'll snap your head off. Give someone a title (i.e., office manager) and I guess that's reason to be arrogant. They NEVER answer their phones and will return calls when they feel like it. It could be 2 days later. Sorry, my question might be important to me and that's what you get paid to do. They have a huge turnover of office personnel. That's why the voice mail says "appointment secretary" or "medical secretary", that way they don't have to worry about changing names. If you want doctors who know what you are doing, go here; however, the office staff is a different story, I'm not even sure if most of them can spell their own names. I have had 2 children, and both Piccolo and Amalfitano took steps to avoid me having a C-section, which I am very grateful for, and they were also very confident and knowledgeable. The doctors express actual concern for your situation and will listen and answer questions.\r The office staff is completely stupid. The woman who fills out medical leave paperwork actually called me and said, "um I'm not understanding what this is, is this like, for appointments or something?" The paperwork is completely basic, I could have filled it out myself, and the woman at another hospital (before I transferred care to White Rose), had no issue understanding it. Don't go to Dr. Piccolo! #1, when I was pregnant, he looked at me down there and then "winked" at my husband, #2 When I told him I was in pain after a c-section he literally laughed at me!!!! #3 He cleared me from the hospital while I had kidney stones that I later found out from another doctor. I had told him my pain and problems and he passed it off as nothing, I over exaggerate he said!! I was in pain for 3 months!!!! Please don't go to this goof ball!!! more
