Exceptional service 11/30/2015

I have used Westlink Auto for a few years now. They have always been pleasant to work with. They also are glad to help this DIYer when I screw things up to the point I have to take it in. They explain where I went wrong and offer suggestions for next time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Westlink is not the cheapest but you definitely get more than you pay for with them. more

Honest People 11/24/2015

Westlink Auto is the only place we take our cars. They are honest, trustworthy & don't force repairs on you if you don't need them. They have even found issues when I didn't know there were any. On our other vehicle, when they worked on it a whole day they gave us a loaner car. As long as they operate this way, this is the only place we'll go for car repairs. So far myself, wife, parents & siblings have gone there for many many years & will continue to do so. more

When my son wanted to purchase a car, we took several possibilities to them before we were both comfortable with the purchase. They know what they are doing! more

I know the repairs are top notch and feel if the mechanics saw a problem, I did not initially go in for, I would be informed and suggestions made to make my car safe. I feel Westlink keeps my car in great running order and doesn't suggest repairs unless there is a reason. When I call, generally, I can count on the repairs being made that day or within a day or two, hence, I am not without a vehicle. more

A quick diagnosis on the check engine light. Expensive, too. For nearly $900, I expected at least a clean windshield. Drove home into the sun with a still dirty windshield. more

Needed a flat tire fixed 10/20/2015

Had a flat tire and needed it fix. Took the car by and they were able to squeeze me in with very little wait. My wife, recently bought a set of tires from Westlink Auto Service. Great quality tires for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Westlink Auto Service more
