Turned us away as new clients for boarding because they are ""saving"" the last few spots for clients they have had for ""years, and years, and years."" They also say that for holiday weekends, people book 3 weeks in advance. If this is the case, it would appear that no one is going to need those precious few spots that remain open (as the holiday in question is next week). So, they turn away a potential new client who would love to come for years and years and years in the hopes of filling the last few spots with people who most likely have already made arrangements. I wonder if the owners know how awful their receptionist is? Here's hoping! Now we will not use this vet for any of our pet's needs. And, I will make sure to mention this to my moms group.
