DML Automotive is the best shop around! My dad is VERY particular about his vehicles and does not let just anyone touch them. DML has been working on my dad's vehicles for MANY years. The two words "honest and mechanic" should never be in the same sentence, but Danny (the owner) is the most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He does awesome work and is very reliable. I tell EVERYONE about DML and their service. Take your car to Danny and you will be very happy you did!

This is by far the best automotive repair shop around. They are very timely and prices are very fair. Over the years I have developed a friendly relationship with everyone there. I have 8 vehicles within my family that have been there for one issue or another and non of them have gone back for that same issue the whole 4 years I have been going there. That has actually happened in the past with other auto shops to me that have miss-diagnosed the problem.

Gentle Touch Car Wash is located in West Chester. When your car is dirty this is a good place to go for a reasonably priced car wash. The car always comes out sparkling and they do a nice job hand drying it. Coupons are easy to be found in advertisements and on their website.

We've had a great experience dealing with the service department here over the years and highly recommend them. They always have lots of loaners available and will work with you on parts when needed (when our car needed tires we didn't like the price of the ones they had so they went out and found us some pretty good alternatives).Like the other reviewer, we also had a less than enjoyable experience with the sales staff and will probably never buy a car here - there are plenty of other Infiniti dealers around.

I think you can get a pretty decent deal here if you know what the car is worth and how much you're willing to pay before you arrive. Do your homework first. They tend to use a lot of the old fashioned used car dealer tactics and terms.
The facility really needs modernizing, especially after seeing what other dealers are doing with their buildings. This is a small place that hasn't advanced much past the 1960's or 70's. Today people like the comforts of the new modern places when buying a car.

It's a funny name for an auto dealrership, but there's nothing funny about the service. This is a first-class operation. The staff are friendly, honest, and know their buisness. Formermly specializing in Cadillac and Oldsmobile products, they have retained Cadillac and switched to Saab with the much-lameted demise of Oldsmobile. We have done business with them for many years and have never been disappointed.

They offer great cars, they are safe reliable and they stand by the cars. I went in and told them what i was looking for and the saleman had me a car in 24 hours. The only problem that I have it that I bought a previously owened car and all of the scratches that they said were going to be buffed out, had not been. So I was slightly disappointed - but overall a good experience and they are customer service oriented!

Scott Honda was very rude and their financial department flips the numbers to only their way. He insulted me by saying, "I was a math teacher, you should know the numbers won't work." They gave me next to nothing for my trade in which I got triple at every other dealership I checked.
I went right to car sense and got my numbers with a lower APR rate. This place is nice to your face, but is very rude when it comes to numbers and making a deal. They are just too big and don't care about you. I saw two people walk out when they were close to deals....
