I've been very pleased with West Chester Animal Hospital. We've taken our beagle there since we got him nearly 3 years ago. The vets are all very nice. They are also very responsive to phone calls - I've called them a couple of times about different silly things my dog has done (run into the wall at full speed, fell down the steps, & got stung by a bee, to name a few), and they always call back and let me know what to do.
We also put our dog in the kennel when we go away. He doesn't like going there - but he always comes out alive. :-)
What really impressed me was the time that my dog had to get shots -- I worked near their office, so I asked if I could drop my dog off before work, just leave him in the kennel for the day, and then pick him back up after work. I fully intended to pay the fee for a day in the kennel. But when I picked him up they said I didn't have to, since it was just during the day. I dont' know if they do this as a general rule - I would assume if they are really busy that they couldn't do this. But I was just so pleasantly surprised.
