How bad does your store have to be before you have to write fake reviews pretending to be a customer? How dumb do they think we are? We can tell that you are writing your own reviews and it makes you look even worse. Basically every review here that has more than three or four stars is submitted by these fraudulent scammers. Was looking for a F250. Found the one I wanted on the internet and called the guy about it. Got the run around about the price for a while, but I went there anyways. Big mistake. Bad vibes, man. Guys leering at my wife, and some blonde female manager with a seriously bad attitude. more

It really bothers me to read some of these reviews that talk down on Walnut Creek Ford. I don't know of any time in my 12 year ride with them that I have been mislead, treated wrong, etc. They are they best! No questions asked. There service department is super clean along with their staff. The sales department never marks up their vehicles and is always very reasonable when it comes to making deals. Please..if you want to go to a Ford dealer go to Walnut Creek Ford and I promise you will be super happy! Thanks for reading. more

Walnut Creek Ford has been around for a while and their business looks new and flashy, as do their 2005 mustangs convertibles (yeah, you WISH you owned one ;) )but their customer service is really quite -er- how to say this- nonexistent. Occasionally you will get a nice person but mostly its crap. They don't care if your car has problems!! But they have a clean place, with okay prices. ( speaking of FORD, haven't seen many ford cars lately..) more

A really nice car dealership with pretty nice salespeople. The car are really cool and they're in really good shape! They have a playpen for the little kids that is really a section of the actual Ford building situated in the corner with lots of toys and a white fence around it to keep the kids in. more

We recently purchased a car (the Freestyle -- great car, not that you see any of them on the road) from Walnut Creek Ford. The sales experience was generally very positive; definitely not a hard sell, but plenty of information and assistance. We were ready to give them a full endorsement on the evaluation sheet they provided. But within 2 weeks of buying the car, we discovered a small problem with it, called in, and were told to bring it in for while-you-wait service. From there, it all went downhill. No aspect of the service experience met our expectations. Any wait was twice as long as we were told it would be -- at least. My pregnant-and-towing-two-kids wife was never offered assistance. The loaner they gave us was a two generations-old, paint-chipped minivan -- not up to par with what we'd just purchased. In general, we felt suckered, as if having signed on the line that is dotted, we really didn't matter to them any longer. In sum, we do like the car, but if you decide to buy a Ford (does anyone else these days?), go somewhere else. more
