unhappy!!! 9/27/2010

We call this Walgreens Pharmacy "WAITgreens." They are horrible! The lines are always long (both inside and outside.) The do not have enough people working in the pharmacy. I went in at 5:00 and they had one pharmacy tech and the pharmacist working. The tech was clueless!!!! I will be transferring my prescriptions!!! more

poor service 9/4/2010

This pharmacy is poorly run. I had quit going there a couple of years ago due to poor service. My husband pulled into the drive thru yesterday and I remembered why I had quit going there. The service is still poor and you are trapped from leaving if any other cars are in the second lane. Don't go here they are very slow!! Poor management is the problem it has not improved in the 2 years since I went last. more

Ridiculous Pharmacy 2/4/2010

This pharmacy is seriously lacking in Customer Service. I have had several unsatisfactory visits both for myself and two small children. The most recent being when my 3 year old was released from a hospital stay late on a Saturday, I was told one perscription could not be filled, and the other would be ready in half an hour, only to receive a call 15 minitutes before they closed stating they could not fill it, and could not even tell me what other pharmacy could fill it for me. DISAPPOINTING! more
