I knew they would know the right way to sell it and I was right they did. They took care of everything for me and kept me informed of everything along the way. Prior to Vitco Properties, our condo association had 2 or 3 other management companies that were really terrible. We have used Vitco Property Management for about ten years and they have performed far better than the other two management companies we used in the past. I've used them for years and my HOA absolutely hates them, in fact they are looking for a replacement. Vitco is extremely lazy and only does what is conveninet for them. They nickle and dime you for everything! If you are looking for a property management company, you would do best to use someone else. They want to do as little for you as possible and have horrible customer service. The staff is rude and if you call, the receptionist always asks who you are and what it's regarding. It's like they want to screen the calls so your rep can decide weather or not they are in the mood to speak with you. Good luck getting a phone call or e-mail back. The South Bay is small and many people who use Vitco would agree they are horrible to work with. Cons: Rude, lazy, doesn't return calls & e-mails, poor value for the money more
