The salon is always dirty, I watched stylists brush a clients hair set the comb down and without cleaning use it on the next guest. There seems to be no receptionist so the stylists have to stop every few minutes to answer the phone. Definetly not worth the hassle. more

Good holiday gifts 12/26/2005

I needed to get my sister and my mom something for Christmas. Beauty supplies and products seemed like the right path. The selection there is very good (as far as I know being a male) and the prices aren’t too bad either. Their service was good (they helped me find what I needed with my obvious lack of knowledge of the subject) I thought it would take forever to get what I needed for the gifts but I was in and out in about 20 minutes for under forty dollars. more

Salon and store all in one! 9/28/2005

Ulta Cosmetics is a Salon and a store. They sell a cosmetics and hair care products. They carry a lot of the upper brands and their prices are a little high but worth it for the better brands. I have also been to the salon and they did a wonderful job on my haircut. The hairdresser was very very friendly and made me feel very comfortbable. They often run coupon specials for the store and have specials durning the holidays! more

Ulta Cosmetics - Frisco 8/18/2005

Ulta has a huge variety of makeup and beauty products, including an array of hair care products. They carry their own brand as well as name brands you'd find in the drugstore or salon. Prices are moderate-high, depending on what you're shopping for. I'd recommend shopping at Ulta more for specialty items than for regular-use items. Sales staff are generally helpful. more

Not only do I love to shop here for cosmetics. But their salon is wonderful. They have great stylists that give you a profile to fill out so they can put you into their system. I got a great cut,wash/dry and style PLUS got my eyebrows waxed for $40. Plus after receiving a salon service, they give you a 10% off coupon for that day only to use on any products the stylist used on you or recommends for your hair type. I felt like a princess when I left, and my hair has not looked this fab since moving to Texas 2 years ago. The stylist even went over instructions on how to achieve the look she gave me so I could re-create it when I got home. Will go back for sure!! more
