If you are looking for a one of a kind gift- Be Dazzled is the place to go in Plano. Everything is handpainted. You can get wall decor to go with any child's room and to personalize it just for them. You can match colors that you have in your room or maybe a child's favorite color. The store isn't huge but they have a large selection. The clerk was very nice and helpful and the prices are what is to be expected for one of a kind hand painted items. I got a pink ballet sign and it matches everything perfect.

I have always seen Speedzone off of I35 and thought of how fun it would be ! And I was right! It is so much fun to get behind the wheel of a go cart and press the pedal down and go as fast as you can (or feel comfortable doing). The track is very slick and the tires grab the road and make you go fast. I am an adult and had a great time. The staff is friendly and advises you of all the safety items you need to know. They have snacks and drinks available and you can have birthday parties there. They have games and a bungee drop that looks too scarry for me but a lot of people were trying it. So if you like to drive fast and don't want to risk getting a ticket- go here and try out your lead foot!

Sam Moon Luggage is in the same plaza as Sam Moon jewelry. It is a great store to go to when you are looking for a bag or suitcase. They have wheeling bags, hang up bags, make-up bags, etc. They also have perfum and sun glasses. All the prices are very competitive and the qualtiy is good for what you get. They also have a lot of gift items in the store- some that are college oriented. You can always find a good deal in the store. Sometimes the clerks aren't very helpful and there is a language barrier but other than that it is a very fun place to shop.

Studio Movie Grill is a nice place to go watch movies when you want to sit in a comfortable chair and have a table to put your drink on. They don't have the normal seating that most movie theaters have- they have rolling chairs around a table. Most people get some sort of food while they watch the movie but we normally just get drinks. They have a lot of promotions and specials that make it a nice price. They play the current run movies as well as some old movies. They even show the sporting events on the big screen on special occasions. Sometimes the place looks like it could use a good cleaning but I think that is what you get when you serve food in a dark room durning a movie!

I can't say enough about how helpful they were. They have everything you need to care for your bird -any type of bird! Just ask them anything and they will help you out! If you are looking into getting a bird- go to Tree Top because not only will you get a healthy happy bird but you will get value advice and help from the staff! Thanks again Tree Top!

Hobby Lobby is a wonderful place to get sewing material, paints, scrap booking items, home decor, etc. They carry all sorts of frames, pillows and other nick nacks. They have one of the largest areas for christmas items I have seen, including 5 isles of christmas ornaments. They run very good sales and most of the time something in the store is 50% off. They have a great staff but have old fashion registers that they have to type everything into- no scanning. And they are closed on Sundays. Ducky Bob's Party and Tent Rental is a great place to get table and chairs for your parties or weddings. They also have tents and pop up tents for weddings and parties but I have only gotten table and chairs. They are so helpful and can tell you what you need and for how many people etc. The prices are good for rental and they are fast with delivery and very helpful. They also come pick them up when you are done and the guys are nice about everything.

Mervyn's store in Denton is off by the mall (not connected to it). It is an older store and seems to show it. The store is dark and the clothes are cramed into it. I have been many times but the more I go - the less I find. The brands seem to be going down hill and they are getting more expensive. The store is not very neat and it is hard to find an employee.

If you are looking for a fun place to have a tweens birthday party-- go to Club Libby Lu. It is a unique store that girls get to go to and dress up. They put on play clothes and make-up. They get their hard put up or have fun charms or extensions put in. It is not for little kids because they make the kids up with make-up and some really flash clothes and styles. The prices are a little high but for an occasional treat or party- it is worth it!

Ulta Cosmetics is a Salon and a store. They sell a cosmetics and hair care products. They carry a lot of the upper brands and their prices are a little high but worth it for the better brands. I have also been to the salon and they did a wonderful job on my haircut. The hairdresser was very very friendly and made me feel very comfortbable. They often run coupon specials for the store and have specials durning the holidays!
