This place has it all, from books to organizers, to food, to greeting cards, to plush toys. UC Davis Bookstore is the largest supplier of textbooks in the Davis community and is where students buy their books for school. The prices here are list-prices, meaning that there is never a discount on textbooks. If you want discounts on books, you will have to look online. The reference section is a great source of books and contains lots of dictionaries, from French to Farsi to Hindi to Cantonese... they have it all. UC Davis Bookstore is the official place to get UC Davis gear..such as sweatshirts, animals that say "Somebody at UCD Loves me", and other great items that represent UC Davis. There are usually sales here, surprisingly, on many clothes items..and there are usually coupons in the Davis Coupon book, which can make sweatshirts VERY affordable for the average college student. Highly recommended for their clothing selection! more

Has 2 floors that include a computer section, clothing, art, science, clinic counter, and a barnes and noble selection of books. And that's just the upstairs. Down the stairs is all course books where there are people to assist you if you need. Only bummer is that you have to lock up your things in a locker (free) before you can enter the store. Darn theives have to ruin it for everyone! more

The UCD Bookstore is a fun place to browse if you're bored and happen to be around the MU. Other than textbooks, they have a great selection of fiction and non-fiction books, art supplies and things to outfit your dorm, and a huge gift selection,. They even a Clinique counter. And UCD sweatshirts, tee shirts, shot glasses, stuffed cows, etc. more

I must say, when I first came to the bookstore, I was not impressed. The whole place was unorganized and nobody came to help. However, as the years passed on the bookstore has improved. More people are there to help and they realize that you just want to get your textbooks cheap and fast. Students working for students. more

This is exactly what it is, the campus bookstore. They have most of the textbooks on the basement floor that connects to the games area, but occasionally there are some on the top floor. The main floor has a diversity of products from clothing to art to computer equipment. I was surprised to find that a good deal of their merchandise is cheaper than in other stores around Davis. Although the clothing and gifts section can be pricey if you don't go when there's sales. They generally have a annual winter sale that is just great! It doesn't effect textbooks, but almost everything on the main floor is on sale for 10-30% off and they have games sections where you can win free stuff! Check it out! more

The UC Davis Bookstore also doubles as the studnet store, selling block letter sweatshirts, other UCD aparrel and souvenirs, school supplies, and a selection of novels and educational books in addition to the textbooks located on the bottom floor. As expected, the prices for the textbooks are very high, and the used books are not much cheaper. However, it's often the most convenient way to get the exact book that you need without worrying about having the correct edition because the professor and sections are listed right on the shelves. more

There are several 45-minute and 2-hour parking meters available for visitors on the first level. The main level of the UC Davis Bookstore contains a wide selection of UC Davis clothing and gifts, school and office supplies, art supplies, and a Clinique counter. The main level of the UC Davis bookstore also houses the computer shop and our general book section. The UC Davis Bookstore specializes in a wide selection of technical and academic titles. Our Viticulture and Enology section is one of the most comprehensive and extensive in the world. The lower level of the UC Davis Bookstore is devoted to textbooks. more
