I have alway gotten an honest opinion, one I've learned to trust, over time. They do a great job in a timely fasion. I will be taking my truck to them again.

Disappointed 7/2/2016

While Tracy's did fix the brake noise there was an additional problem discovered recently. Back in about December, when I brought my vehicle into for tire rotation, the service person improperly place the vehicle on the lift and caused body damage. Rob denied it happened there but it did. Now I am stuck with body damage that I have to pay to get repaired. more

GREAT PERSON 4/3/2012

My Daughter is taking the older family car to college after Spring Break. The usual maintenance was required for a Honda Pilot with over 150,000 miles, new tires, belt &hoses, plus an alignment. We had to bring it back for a vibration, some hidden front end ware was discovered. My friends at Tracy Automotive took great care in providing a safe ride for Kristina to take to college. more

This place was great! I went in for an alignment and to have a vibration checked out after my wife hit a curb with the help of some ice. They didn't give me any BS or try to up-sell me. Everything was explained and documented in great detail and they were totally upfront about all charges, calling me before they did anything that was not originally agreed upon. more

My car couldn't have broken down in a better place; within walking distance of this shop. Obviously I was distraught by the entire episode but after meeting the mechanics, I felt so much more at ease. Luckily, it was an easy fix and I was only without a car for 2 days. more
