I’ve been a customer at Titan Automotive since 1994. I heard about them through a customer while working as a manager at a big brand store. I paid them a visit and they were very professional and competitive.
In the 20 years I have been a customer of theirs, they have always fixed everything. They rebuilt the car engine and it worked out great. Then, I bought another car 10 years later and the engine needed to be rebuilt again. It was like they left it brand new!
As a single mom, I don’t have a lot of money so they let me make small payments. They pick me up and drop me off. They always explain everything to me in a written letter because I don’t know anything about cars. When they give me an estimate, the price always ends up being the same price as quoted. They never try to fix anything I don’t need fixed. And, when the car needs extra services or parts, they help me make a decision and give me options. They call me for follow-ups about every 3 months whenever a part might require fixing.
Another thing I like is that they use brand new parts from the manufacturer. My car is fixed right every time. Once in a while we run into a few problems, but when I take it back and they drop everything to serve me right away. They apologize for their mistakes. I love that they treat my property with respect despite my car being old.
I’m not the only one returning for their services, I’ve seen other customers too. They are always very courteous and never use foul language. Everybody treats me like I’m a VIP client. They treat everyone like that. With all the business they have, they are not fancy. As a customer, I know they are not trying to make a fortune out of us -- they really try helping us. They are nice, friendly and kind. You can trust them completely.
They are like my trusted friends and family. You couldn't find better mechanics!
