I've been a customer for several years now and appreciate having someone I trust to work on my vehicles after the manuf. warranty is out. I have always felt like I could trust you to be honest with me and tell me what I really needed. I have had some instances where a dealer told me something that you disagreed with - thus saving me some money. more

Troy, as a fairly new Plano resident, I was so happy to discover an auto service in my area of residence. I have been very satisfied with all the services (and advise) I have received from your company. I have found your services and repairs timely, dependable and thorough in every manner. very inexpensively 7/29/2010

The last time I was in was for my 2005 Chrysler T&C Van brakes. They were squeaking. You replaced them very inexpensively. I’m not sure, it may have been under warranty, and, therefore, free. more

Everyone I have meet in your business is very friendly, helpful, and competent. I thank you for having such highly skilled mechanics. I appreciate the quality of the work done in your shop and the very fair price you charge. I appreciate Tidwell people giving me a ride home while my car in in your shop for extended repairs. Thank you for the nice waiting area and restroom while waiting for short jobs to be completed. more

One happy customer!!!! 6/8/2010

I took my car to Tidwells to get some a/c work done. I left it over night and told them I needed it at the latest noon the next day! The next day I get a phone call form them at 9:45 letting me know my car was ready. I went to go pick it up and everyone was very helpful in explaning what exactily was done to my car. They are honset people that actually still deserve the SERVICE name and not just a repair center. They send postcards and emails out for % off labor. Go check them out they are behind the firestone on Parker and Independence. One happy customer!!!! more

I appreciate the fact that you have always been a business I can trust - especially when dealing with something I know NOTHING about! (cars). They are honest 4/15/2010

They are honest, they call you back to follow up to be sure everything on your car is running OK. They are clean courteous, they will drive you and pick you up if need be, their prices are reasonable and they offer discounts and free oil changes on Mondays! I have been going to them for 8 months and cannot say enough about them. I have searched high and low and this is by far the best place I have ever been with my car. I am a concession trailer distributor and make several trips to Alabama in the summertime. New to the area, I wasn't sure about who I should have work on my vehicles. I DO NOW! It is 36 degrees outside and Lauren at the front desk was so kind to drive me home while I waited to get my truck serviced. Who does that? 2 Thumbs up for Tidwell Auto Service!! Brandi M. more

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles in to you for several years. We don't usually bring them in for the little things like oil changes but we do for repairs. We have always been satisfied with your service and we know we can trust you. We always recommend you to our friends and family. The reason we don't come in for oil changes is because of the distance, there are closer places for that. We will continue to use you and send our friends your way. Keep up the good work. We've used your services for 7-8 years now I think, and have always appreciated the work your team does for us. I like having the discount cards, along with the periodic email "specials".
