Worst

They were ok when I had the windows installed 6 years ago - but a little on the reckless side. Left behind debri of broken off metal and nails. Needed some repairs along the way...

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience to our customers, however, we did not just replace a pane of glass, we replaced the total insulated unit of glass which includes 2 panels of glass and LOWe Argon gas. We have confirmations from the glass mfgr to validate this 100%. This is the very reason that inaccurate internet reviews like this should be abolished. Although the mfgr of this window went out of business due to the economy TQ is purchasing the insulated glass out of pocket and not charging the consumer for the product. In essence, TQ is picking up the warranty for the mfgr. Considering the fact that we are not legally liable to do anything at all, the BBB has commended TQ for such incredible business practices. Moving forward, as of 1/11/12, TQ is personally warranting all parts on all the mfgr's windows that we distribute. more

The same happened to my husband and I that happend to Buyer Beware and SM. They sold us windows that failed. Furthmore, I wonder how the efficiency of the window suffers since they are only replacing the pane, and not the gas that was between the panes. I won't recommend them. I think people should wait 5 years to write reviews. I would have written the same review as these other for a few years after the install - it wasn't until the seals started blowing right before the five year mark that my opinion of the company changed. more

I used this company approximately 18-20 years ago for replacement windows throughout my entire home. I recently needed a new roof and siding so, while doing a search of businesses, I came across Thermal Quality. Being extremely happy with my windows, I decided to gave them a call. They gave me a great price!!! The work was done in a timely manner and everyone involved was very professional. They did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend. more

Very professional, friendly service. Excellent installation. This is a great company to deal with. I always received a call back and the installer even came out on a holiday. Tony did a great job with the installation and did a fantastic job cleaning up. He even made sure I understood how to work the windows. Thank you again, Thermal Quality. I will definitely give them a call next year for more window replacements. more

We have used Thermal Quality three 6/2/2012

We have used Thermal Quality three times now - they have replaced almost every window and door in our house. They are reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and have great quality products. We had windows replaced in a former house by several different companies and always had some problem or the product failed. Not so with Thermal Quality. Everyone in the company who we have dealt with has been very pleasant, clean, and done a great job. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We highly recommend this company! more

By now Thermal Quality has replaced all of the windows and doors in my house. They came HIGHLY recommended and I have recommended them to many other people. Prices are reasonable, services is timely and efficient, and the products are great. However, the thing that I most appreciate is how they support their products AFTER the sale. I've had a number of minor problems, such as when someone threw a stone a broke a storm window) and they are always ready to service their products, often at no charge. If I had any more doors or windows to replace, they would hear from me right away. more

The name says it all ""Quality"". The installers did an excellent job,took thier time to do a job right. I am more than pleased with the new patio doors. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace thier windows or doors. more

Windows just replaced 5/23/2012

I am very pleased with my experience with Thermal Quality Window and Door. I did a lot of research on windows and various companies, and felt that Thermal Quality Window and Door Co. of Broomall had the best product for my investment. They replaced 25 year old wooden windows with vinyl double-hungs. more

We at Thermal Quality are sorry for any inconvenience that our customers are having in regards to replacement glass and appreciate any comments. As stated, which was beyond or control, one of our window manufacturers did go out of business. We at Thermal Quality are upholding our intregrity by putting the customer first and replacing the glass for our customers out of pocket. We only ask the customer to pay a minimal labor fee which is not included in factory warranty. We at Thermal Quality care about the customers needs and our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority. more

""BEST WINDOW COMPANY"" 5/14/2012

Saturday afternoon I was cleaning my Thermal Quality windows purchased 11 years ago. One of them came out entirely and after trying to put it in and the weather forcase for rain, I decided to call their office for advice. I was shocked to be told that the person I was speaking to would come over and put it in for me. It turns out it was Fran Hefferan the President. What great Customer Service for a long ago customer. I have and will continue to refer friends. THANK YOU. more

Great company 5/10/2012

Thermal Quality replaced all of our windows and they were great. The quality of window and the installation was more than we could have asked for. They answered all of our questions and the people in the office could not have been any nicer. If you are looking for a very good experience with your home improvement project then give them a call! We were very happy. more

Thermal Quality Window & Door 5/8/2012

I have had three UV protection windows put in my home. One was sliding doors to my patio. The windows are beautiful and the installers were very knowledgeable, polite and above all very clean. When one of my casement windows was not locking,Thermal sent out a representative from the manufacturer at no cost to me. I highly recommend this company for quality windows, and superb customer service. more

Buyer Beware!!! 5/5/2012

We purchased new windows from Thermal Quality Windows 5 years ago. Last year, seals on 8 of our windows broke. Unlike the comment above, they charged us $40 per window and told us next time it happens it will cost $45.00. No apology whatsoever. We were told there was a lifetime warranty when we purchased them. When we called to have them replaced we were told there was no warranty because the manufacturer they used went out of business so we got stuck footing the new bill of $320.00 along with a horrible attitude from someone at the company named Mitch. I guess his customer service skills went out of business as well! more

Stood behind the sale, even when the manufacturer didn't 5/4/2012

I had Thermal Quality install 15 windows in 2006. A few of the windows had seal failures, and the manufacturer is now out of business. The warranty came from the maker, but Thermal was professional and didn't give me any crap. They supplied the replacement glass at no charge and checked the rest of the glass. A friend at work got windows from the same manufacturer about 4 or 5 years ago, but from another window installer, and they won't help her at all. Thermal Quality did me right, and I'm having them install 2 new exterior doors for me. more

Service 4/27/2012

Had French Doors & screen doors to Deck installed 4 years ago. They came back today - 4-27 & repaired a sticking screen door. Although warranty had expired, they were happy to repair @ no charge. Very pleased with them. more

Seems they wait by the mailbox for that check or even willing to run to your house to pick it up. Apparently they do not have trust. Would not use them again. more

good company, until something goes wrong 10/31/2011

we had thermal quality windows installed throughout our house. As another reviewer mentioned, they are a great company until one of their products doesn't perform and needs a warranty replacement. Phone calls don't get returned and you are fortunate to get them to do the actual repair. I would not use them again. more
