We are truly sorry for the inconvenience to our customers, however, we did not just replace a pane of glass, we replaced the total insulated unit of glass which includes 2 panels of glass and LOWe Argon gas. We have confirmations from the glass mfgr to validate this 100%. This is the very reason that inaccurate internet reviews like this should be abolished. Although the mfgr of this window went out of business due to the economy TQ is purchasing the insulated glass out of pocket and not charging the consumer for the product. In essence, TQ is picking up the warranty for the mfgr. Considering the fact that we are not legally liable to do anything at all, the BBB has commended TQ for such incredible business practices. Moving forward, as of 1/11/12, TQ is personally warranting all parts on all the mfgr's windows that we distribute.
