Be wary with this group. I ordered a curry that came in a chicken soup broth instead. When the restaurant was approached by grubhub about this: management declined to refund the dish (note: I did not ask for a replacement because I was leaving town). All previous orders have been fine with Thai Charcoal, but you don't run a good restaurant if you do not own up to your faults. Plenty of alternatives for thai food out here as it is. more

The food was quite tasty. The Curry was excellent but the portion was quite small. The wonton soup was good, but they should pack the wonton separately as it was a mush mess when it came. more

We have been ordering from Thai Charcoal Pit for about a year now and they have been awesome. We aren't exactly close to the restaurant but delivery usually doesn't take longer than they quote, food is always hot and fresh. Love any of their fried rices, BBQ ribs, red curry and the War Won Ton Soup! more

I just ordered for the first time and the food was horrible. My chicken was dry so dry that my dogs would not even eat it. The only thing that was good was the coconut soup that was it. The shrimp fried rice 2 shrimps and the rice was mushy, no taste to it. the worse I have ever had 5 thumbs down more

I love the food from this place and I love even more that they deliver. My only problem is that they lack consistency. I order the same thing every time, but its always different. I order pad thai and sometimes it has carrots, sometimes it doesnt. I also usually order it with medium spice, and sometimes its totally mild and sometimes its pretty spicy. I also once ordered the pad thai with chicken, and it had chicken when I got it, but it also had 3 shrimp in it? I am not sure what that was about but it is a good thing I am not allergic to seafood. Anyway, I will continue to order from this restaurant because it is good, but I suppose itll be a surprise every time I get my food! lol more

I order from Thai Charcoal Pit all the time! Good Thai Food. Fast Delivery (live only a block away so not far for them to drive)). They are spot on with all the Thai dishes. Fresh, hot food and well prepared in teh to go boxs and bags. They always give extra soy sauce and fortune cookies. They do a really delicious chargrilled chicken. They're food is for the most part healthy and not super oily like other places. Delivery has always been prompt except for one time it took more than an hour. I called eat 24 and they checked on it for me and said they were short staffed but it was on its way and sure enough the delivery man knocked at my my door and was there with my much needed nourishment for the night. I am so glad to have this service of Eat24 and Thai Charcoal Grill at my fingertips. more

food is good enough, delivery is quick but found a dead fly in one of my dishes. really turned my stomach and dont think i can eat here again without thinking fly. it happens and i dont blame them. too bad, the food was good. more
