I too experienced an arrogant and rude person on the phone when I called. I even tried another number for the school and got the same person who again, hung up on me. I then tried to contact the owner; not able to get through the rude guy. So,, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I guess they don't deal with customer service issues; I never heard back from them either. more

In my experience, Team Arizona people are arrogant and rude. The instructor actually thought that the tragic injuries and deaths which resulted from the 2010 Carefree, Arizona accident could have been prevented had the riders taken their course at Team Arizona. That is cruel and arrogant for them to even think that their course could possibly have changed the event of that horrible afternoon in Carefree, Arizona more
