So I walked 45 minutes to Target with my 2 year old to get new dress shoes for my husband. Once in the shoe section I found only 2 pairs of men's dress shoes. So I asked a Target...

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/28/2014

This Target parking lot is annoying. The first floor is always full. Second floor doesn't have an entrance so go up to the third floor. Even there it's packed a lot and you may have to go back to level two and then take the elevator up or down to enter. Bah. Too much trouble. more

Security-the Biggest Thief 2/27/2012

I lost my valet in that pathetic, low grade, incompetent store. at first they acknowledged of having it. the they decided to KEEP my valet because was there was cash in it. The ""Security"" behind the camera like rats hiding in a hole, do and say anything to get promoted-they the biggest charlatan. ""manager"" like puppets. if no one to pull their strings they don't know what TO DO.\r if you go there--Don't take your valuables with you-if they find it-they would keep them! more

The WORST Target ANYWHERE 2/20/2012

There's a poor attitude among the managers at this store and when you ask to speak to them, they seem indifferent. The managers appear to lack understanding customer service and the concept of making people feel welcome. The staff seems poorly trained and don't know where items are located or much about the merchandise. The shelves aren't fully stocked either. more

Very false advertising 3/20/2010

So I walked 45 minutes to Target with my 2 year old to get new dress shoes for my husband. Once in the shoe section I found only 2 pairs of men's dress shoes. So I asked a Target lady, an older woman whom now I will describe as a witch, becasue that is what she ended up being to me. I asked her if they had a size 12 in the dress shoes. Well first off she was annoyed that I asked her anything at all, and was equally annoyed as she looked at the bar code on the rack then blurted out ""we don't sell this brand here... see?"" She pointed to all the other shoes then at the dress shoes box. I replied, ""Are you kidding me?"" She tossed the box back on the shelf and said ""these musta been returns from a different store."" So I took the boxes off the shelf and replied in the same tone as she, ""Well then why the hell are they displayed on the shelf here then?"" She grabbed them from me and put them back on the shelf and told me to go to a different store. I took them back off the shelf and said ""Then take these off the fricking shelf! It's false advertising! It's like advertising burgers at a hotdog stand!"" I set the boxes in the middle of the isle and said ""I walked all the way here for this? Thanks for nothing."" She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Nice customer service huh? So I went to complain about her but the line up was huge, so I just left. On a positive note, it was a gorgeous day outside. more

Terrible customer service, management and policies 2/22/2009

I bought a jewelry armoire for appx. $60- it was heavy and I lstruggled to get it home. Excited, I opened it and it was broken. I promptly returned it with the receipt. The girl at the return counter didn't know what to do because I wanted to exchange it and there were none on the floor. Finally a manager came and told me she had no idea if they were getting more but could give me 10% off the broken one. The gal scanned it and the price came up appx. $29 as it was on sale now. I said fine, I will just return it and buy it for that price. They rang it up and it came to appx. $54. Confused, I said I just want to return it and re-purchase it at the sale price. I could fix it and live without the drawer for the sale price. The manager said no, we can't sell it to you on sale, we will just send it back as salvaged. Then she just walked off, didn't wait for my response. I was floored. If it had been on the floor, I could've returned my damaged one and bought a new one on sale. I had a bad experience with that same store before and wrote a letter to the corporate office and never got a response. I used to love that store but had so many endless bad experiences, I will never go back. It's not worth the aggravation. Don't shop there, they don't care about their customers. Cons: horrible store policies, bad customer service, bad management, many aggravating experiences more

My favorite target 9/4/2008

This is my favorite target. It's not really messy and chaotic, and it doesn't have a swarm of people. You can walk around and actually find stuff and there aren't crazy lines. There's also a parking structure, which can get pretty hectic, though. more

Stay Away - This Target Bl0ws 11/8/2007

First off - don't be fooled... I love Target - where else can I get granola bars, video games and toilet paper all in one place at a decent price? I used to live very close to this store and it used to be a good Target - clean, well kept, and decent staff. \r \r We were in the area this past weekend and had to stop in for dog food and a few things for the house, and I wish I had just skipped it and waited and gone somewhere else. The store has taken a real dive, with dirty floors, horrible stocking, and if they have what you're looking for it's buried behind 900 other things that shouldn't be there. The checkers are super slow, and always try to push the Target card on you.\r \r After being tortured by choosing to shop at this store we made our way to the check out stand with over $200 in merchandise - swiped the cc and headed out the door. Unfortunately the checker forgot to deactivate the magnetic strip on the razor blades we bought and they made the alarm go off. Apparently this was the queue for the security guard to come over and treat us like thieves; he practically yelled at my husband and said ""show me what you've got"" - please I just paid for all this crap...do you really think I stole a container of 8 dollar razor blades - idiot. After much inspection and even showing the security guy our receipt with the razor blades on it - we were finally allowed to leave the store. Needless to say I will never go back to this particular Target - ever. I know it's not Target's fault - and that the security guard just has an inflated ego...rent a cop with a flashlight attitude - but I still won't be back! Pros: Pricing - If you can find what you need Cons: Condition of store, Out of Stock on almost everything more
