its unfortunate the previous reviewer failed to read the print that clearly states that the coupon must be presented at the time of drop off. I get these coupons occassionally and use them every chance i get. I've been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and I absolutely love the owners! They are so friendly and they always help out with huge umbrella in hand for those typical oregon rainy days to make sure my fresh laundry and I stay dry. I've had everything from stains on my clothes, soiled rugs (thanks to my new puppy), to alterations on my dresses and blazers and am extremely satisfied! Granted for some items it may be pricey, but it's well worth the quality of service I get. more

Be careful before you use this cleaner! I decided to try them out because I recieved an ad in the mail with a coupon for their services. When I went to pick up my clothes and pay, they wouldn't let me use the coupon because it wasn't presented at the time that I dropped off my clothes! I was not given any explanation except that my order could not be rung up again in the system therefore the price could not be reduced. I was extremely disappointed that they would rather hold firm on a ridculous policy than maintain a customer for future business. My recommendation: Use A+ Cleaners next to Haagen's. They have lower prices to begin with and are much better managed. Pros: Quick Service Cons: Expensive, Bad Customer Service more
