This is the business where a gun was pulled on a customer. Ian is an arrogant drunk who got the crap beaten out of him at Casey's a few years back, who recently (Masters Sunday 2010) crashed a car outside the 19th Hole and had a few people lie for him!!\r \r Brutal Service, and worse quality. ask for ian 2/13/2009

I have been a frequent customer of super service for years and they have always done an impecable job for me (even the ones I thought for sure couldnt be saved!). I too once had a bad experience as far as the customer service, i simply asked for the owner (Ian, hes got an english accent) he corrected the problem and gave me my repaired shoes for free! So thats the trick...just ask for Ian! more

TERRIBLE SERVICE - STAY AWAY 2/3/2009

I brought four pairs of expensive shoes to be re heeled. The owner was incredibly rude when I picked up the shoes. I had brought them in boxes and the shoes were just thrown in a bag. When I asked him where the boxes were, he got really surly and threw them in the bag. The work was poor to say the least. My son later told me he had shoes repaired there and would never go in again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!. The guy acts like you owe him for going in there. Cons: Rude, poor work, and worst behavior from an owner I have ever seen. more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/15/2008

Ruined my velour juicy couture bag and did nothing about it. And STILL charged me for the cleaning. TONY VERY RUDE. Worst customer service I've ever come across. more
