I have been a frequent customer of super service for years and they have always done an impecable job for me (even the ones I thought for sure couldnt be saved!). I too once had a bad experience as far as the customer service, i simply asked for the owner (Ian, hes got an english accent) he corrected the problem and gave me my repaired shoes for free! So thats the trick...just ask for Ian!
