I have a 2001 Kenworth with a Cat c 15 motor. My truck was due for a safety inspection. I own my own truck and have had trucks for over 27 years. They were on the list of companies that could do a safety inspection . Typically I pay around 75.00 to 100.00 for the inspection. There tech (Robert) was knowledgeable and worked on my truck for no more than twenty minutes and was polite. I got the bill for 715.00 dollars two weeks later. My company has already payed it and debited my account for the full amount. I complained to Donna in the office and she called the tech (Robert )and he agreed the there was a mistake on the bill). Then Donna told me she would get it fixed. Another month goes by and she says she did not say that. I have made numerous calls and she avoids my phone calls and now she is lying!! I am looking at possible legal actions for this fraud. more

Tec's Smart knows what there doing. Tec knew what needed to be done just by talking over the phone. Came out and Fixed the trucks the same day. Price worth paying for the truck to be fixed the same day. Pros: Tec's are very good Cons: waiting room nasty more

poor repairs and terrible paint, had to take the car back 5 times and now again for peeling - overspray - just a mess more
