Honest and straightforward. Our experience has been good. 1/26/2011

My wife and I both take our cars to Steve's Automotive. We have been going there for about 5 or 6 years. I have almost 200k miles on my car, and it requires a fair amount of maintenance from time to time. They have always been friendly and they always get back to me to let me know what is going on. I have referred them to a lot of people because they are always honest and straightforward. They do not overcharge and they typically have the work done when they say they will, and if not, it is usually because they are unable to get a part. So, our experience has been good. Mike Beam more

I would recommend Steve's Automotive. 1/14/2011

I have had to have my car in quite a bit, and Steve's Automotive has fixed it every time. I have been using them for 5 or 6 years, and they are very good about fixing it or taking it back if it is not right. As far as I know their work has been good. I would recommend them. more

Steves Automotive & Alignment 11/28/2005

I went to Steve's Automotive & Alignment for convenience and it was alot cheaper than going to my dealership. I needed a oil change but one of the mechanics pointed out that i also needed a air filter. I loved the friendly fast and knowledgeable service. I trust this company and I would recommend it to friends or family. PROS: fast service CONS: more

Good service & friendly staff 7/26/2005

I had my brakes done at Steve's recently. They also did an oil change and tire rotation. I thought that the staff was friendly and the work was completed quickly. Their prices were okay, but I could have probably got it done a little less expensive if I'd gone to a national chain. I chose to spend a little more money at Steve's because of their customer service. I've always had terrible customer service with national chains. I'd feel very comfortable recommending Steve's to a friend and I'd use Steve's again myself. more
