IMPRESSIVE is all I have to say about this company, they were very friendly and professional over the phone. I had the tech come out that same day, he was friendly and knew what he was doing. It took him about two hours to clean my whole home, and they did a great job. There was a part of my home, that they the tech had missed. Now, I'm not the type of person with a stick up my butt that calls for every little thing. But I figured that I needed it to be all cleaned, I called them and they were so nice to send him that same day. Again, this company keeps their word and is super impressive. more

Steam clean professionals you are true professionals. I am very happy this was the company that I called, not only were they able to eliminate all of the stains that my carpets had they were able to eliminate the smell that had been lingering in my carpet for quite a while.. thanks a lot again more

I disagree. I think this company is great!! they came on time to my home. they knew what they were coming out to do. and they had the curtsey off letting me know my set price before they started the work. I was very happy with the overall results this company gave my carpet. more

They have the BEST service, I've had my share of crappy cleaners. but steam clean professionals. are really professionals. The tech came prepared to do anything. over the phone I explained to them i had three rooms all different sizes they gave me a rough estimate.. I did not expect a set prices. since of course everyone's carpet is in different conditions more
