This is a family owned and operated business. They are the nicest most accommodating people who go out of their way to make your experience nice and get exactly what you need. I have purchased patio furniture with custom fabric, a barbecue, tools for both my bbq and fireplace, and much more. I usually like to stay in the SCV when shopping but it is definitely worth the drive over the hill to Granada Hills when you need products they carry. I give them a big 'Thumbs Up!'

We have used EMS Construction & Remodeling twice, once for a partial bathroom remodel and then for a full kitchen remodel. Company has very experienced, dependable and professional workers (and owner). We would most definitely use them again. We first found out about them through a friend's very high recommendation.
Pros: very dependable and good solid work
Cons: bids are not lowest in town

Pete and his guys do a great job at a decent price - not at all a rip off. They perform lawn maintenance and trimming and yard cleaning. They do windows and screen repair too, -bet you didn't know that! For a local business, they do a really good job and they do it at a fair price. Give them a shot, be specific with what you want and you'll be happy you did.

One call rids them all is their motto. Free pest inspection will identify the problem areas and receive a quote for the job. Its a bit of a hassle though when you need to do this...it requires emptying all the areas to spray the place and also requires another repat in a week to completely rid of the bugs. It can be a pain just moving all the stuff in the kitchen and back 2 times.Well we got to do it...fi the need arises
so be prepared for the hard work involved.
