HOWEVER shipping and return policies are sneaky with a great deal of fine print (policies are on website – just read ALL paragraphs carefully). Be aware: free freight shipping is curbside only (in our case not UPS or FedEx), problematic if item is large and heavy (we are on a 10th floor). Our shipper asked for additional $100 to bring the item inside. ALSO return policy consists of original shipping charges incurred by vendor (even if sold with free shipping) PLUS 20% restocking fee PLUS your own shipping charges: A $500 purchase suddenly becomes a $212 refund! Just FYI: this dealer does not ship some products from NC location but only acts as a true middle man. Our product was sent from and returned directly to the manufacturer. Best solution: ask manufacturer for recommended vendors (e.g. Chief Mfg recommends The Final Click, The Projector People, Mounts and More, CSN Stores) Stands And Mounts is not on this list. CONCLUSON: If you only need curbside shipping and are sure that you won’t need to return any items: great vendor. Otherwise better look elsewhere. more

I got a BDI TV stand from these folks. I called them to see if they had it locally since they're an internet site. They didn't have one in my area (NC) but they offered to ship the item to me for free. They also reduced my price by 10% which was great since I hate having to pay for sales tax as much as I hate paying for shipping. Since they made it so that I didn't have to pay for either, I was very happy. It was worth giving them a call. They were really helpful and friendly. The stand arrived 4 days later by truck. The guys brought it into my garage, but not into the house. I could have paid an extra $20 for that but I have two teenage boys and so I decided to keep my $20! Anyway, I really liked these guys. They did right by me and saved me money. In this economy it's better to save a dollar than to waste it and they made saving money easy for me. I will buy from them again. more

I placed an order with this company who stated free shipping. After 4 days I get an email stating the item was shipped and would be delivered on today 11/19. Several hours later I get an email saying this was a mistake that they wanted to let me know they would only be delivering to the curbside and that if I wanted it deliver inside the house I would have to pay approximately $200 more which I stated to them was ridiculous because who orders furniture for the curb outside their house. At this time I immediately cancelled the order and told them of how ridiculous this was. more
