I placed an order with this company who stated free shipping. After 4 days I get an email stating the item was shipped and would be delivered on today 11/19. Several hours later I get an email saying this was a mistake that they wanted to let me know they would only be delivering to the curbside and that if I wanted it deliver inside the house I would have to pay approximately $200 more which I stated to them was ridiculous because who orders furniture for the curb outside their house. At this time I immediately cancelled the order and told them of how ridiculous this was.
